To establish a successful connection, the Open Roberta Connector must be installed and configured correctly on the computer.

Follow these steps:

1. Start the Open Roberta Connector.
2. Connect the robot to the computer via USB.
3. Enable the option "Use different server".
4. Enter the following service address:

openroberta.services.external.rosslight.de/

Important

A connection can only be established if the server address above is entered correctly. If the robot is not detected or the connection fails, first verify the configuration of the Open Roberta Connector and ensure that the correct server address has been entered.
