For easier assembly, MiBo robot kits use fixed three-pin connectors containing three standard Dupont wires. When replacing a sensor, its pin order may differ, making it necessary to rearrange the wires in the connector.

To remove a wire, carefully insert a thin needle beneath the small plastic retaining tab above the terminal. Gently lift the plastic tab while pulling the wire out from the back of the connector. Insert the terminal into the correct position until it clicks into place.

Always check the sensor’s pin labels and wiring diagram before reconnecting it. Incorrect wiring can damage the sensor or controller.

Alternatively, standard loose jumper wires can be purchased from suppliers such as Amazon or Funduino. MiBo robot kits are fully compatible with standard Dupont jumper wires.
